The Market Trails Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in any of The Market Trails events, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in The Market Trails events involves voluntary participation in activities that may include, but are not limited to, walking, driving, or traveling between locations, outdoor exposure, interaction with third-party vendors, food and beverage consumption, and participation in community or recreational experiences.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, allergic reactions, accident, property loss, theft, or damage.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Market Trails LLC, its owners, organizers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in any event. This includes any injury, illness, loss or damage that may occur before, during or after the event.

Third-Party Businesses & Vendors

The Market Trails features independent third-party businesses and vendors that are not owned, operated, or controlled by The Market Trails. Each vendor is solely responsible for their own products, services, pricing, availability, hours of operation, and customer experience. The Market Trails does not guarantee and is not responsible for quality, safety, or performance of any third-party business, vendor or location. Participation in vendor locations is voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion and risk.

Medical Treatment Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize The Market Trails staff or representatives to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so.

Agreement

By completing my purchase and/or participating in the event, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this waiver

• I voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation

• I agree to release The Market Trails from liability as described above
